True Sky Credit Union Awards $4,000 in Scholarships at 72nd Annual Meeting

OKLAHOMA CITY, Mar. 19, 2019—True Sky Credit Union held their 72nd Annual Meeting Celebration Friday, March 8 at the Oklahoma History Center. Two high school students, Destiny Perez and Daniel Ngo were awarded $2,000 each in scholarships to a college of their choice.

Perez is a student at Moore High School, she is in the top 10 percent of her class and will be attending the University of Central Oklahoma. Ngo attends Westmoore High School, he is the valedictorian of his class and has plans to attend the University of Oklahoma.

Perez and Ngo were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments and impact in their schools.

Other highlights from the Annual Meeting, the credit union forgave two-member loans and gave more than $5,000 in cash prizes. There were 72 raffle prizes given out at the event.

With headquarters in Oklahoma City and eight branches in the greater Oklahoma City area, True Sky Credit Union has been serving members for more than 70 years.

Today, the Credit Union has more than 52,000 members in Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma, and Pottawatomie counties.

Membership is open to anyone who resides, works, worships or attends school in our eight-county service area.
