OKLAHOMA CITY, Mar. 27, 2020 — True Sky Credit Union’s Board of Directors voted to launch its Stand True program to provide financial relief and assistance to members impacted by the coronavirus (COIVD-19.)
“As we continue to navigate this unprecedented situation together, we “Stand True” to our commitment to serving our members when they need us the most,” said True Sky’s President & CEO Sean M. Cahill. “We also believe we’re all in this together as Oklahomans and so we’re offering options to both current members and new members of the credit union. We are here to help our communities, and I know we will thrive if we all continue to do our part.”
True Sky’s Stand True program includes:
- Member Check-Ins
- Low-Interest Personal Loans
- Payment Skips and/or Deferrals on Consumer Loans and Mortgages
- Interest-Only Payments on Consumer Loans
- Penalty-free Early Withdrawals from CDs
In addition to the Stand True program, True Sky has also introduced “Lobbyless Banking,” which provides members with a variety of low-touch/no-touch ways to continue accessing their financial services. These methods include increased services through True Sky branch drive-thrus, True Sky online and mobile banking platforms, and the True Sky Contact Center.
